PRINCIPAL PRODUCT DESIGNER
Qventus identifies potential issues before they occur and recommends immediate and accurate course corrections. We use ML to predict and recommend outcomes across various departments in-hospital as well as drive operational change. Working at Qventus has given me an eye opening look into the operational inefficiency that can exist within a hospital as well as the pain, heartache, and toll that those inefficiencies could have on care teams and patients alike.
RESULTS:
During my tenure, I have had the privilege to work on some of the toughest problems facing healthcare today. These challenges manifested into some developed product as well as some key experimentations in order to identify and validate where hospitals need the help most. Some of thing things I (and we) achieved:
Built the companies very first design system from the ground up, unifying a set of disparate products and collaborated with marketing to create “One Qventus”
Redesigned the mobile application
Designed core components for the primary In-patient application used for rounding and patient prioritization
Redesigned the new staff optimization application in collaboration with our product analytics team
Designed AI interaction models for our visual intelligence in the In-patient setting
